    My Early Years

My passion for youth opened many doors during my career in the nonprofit sector. One of my greatest accomplishments was developing the first Case Management Department when opening the LifeChange for Women and Their Children Home in 2013. There I learned the value of holistic recovery programming in a safe, healing environment.

    Leadership

I have led from all levels of organizations. I’ve held titles of Executive Assistant, Lead Case Manager, CEO and Executive Director. But a title is just a title. What they mean is I’ve done everything from developing policies and procedures, managing staff teams, developing websites, raising funds, collaborating with other organizations, and casting vision – to name just a few.

    My Passion

Simply stated: people. I am passionate about the beauty of humanity and value that we are all created equal. I believe there is purpose in all I have experienced – the good and not-so-good – and appreciate the opportunities to use my lessons in the lives of others. I am energized when I get to share what I’ve learned along the journey.

My Testimonials

I have worked for Women and Children's Programs in Rescue Missions for the last 35 years and Cheryl White has been one of my favorite employees in working with women and children who need help with abuse/domestic violence issues, drugs or alcohol, housing, job training and employment, and help with finances and past debt. She is experienced and very good at building relationships with people. Feel free to call me if you have any questions.

Cheryl has been fabulous to work with on the Camp Hope project. She developed a strategy and a plan for a path forward and how to grow. She’s extraordinarily talented in terms of sizing up what’s needed and how to successfully execute a plan.
