UC: Generational Work Ethic
I sat down recently with my friend and colleague, Nathan Webster, to talk about work ethics through the generations.
We don’t script our discussions. Nathan and I have a unique friendship and have learned to have incredibly difficult conversations, disagree passionately, and remain great friends and colleagues.
Some conversations are more difficult than others. This conversation started in our office one day when Nathan misquoted something, received it personally, and we launched into a passionate conversation. We decided to stop the conversation and start recording. But… technical difficulties kept that recording from being aired so we decided to try it again.
(By the way, if you have a topic you’d like to hear us discuss some time email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll get it in our queue!)
